Products and orders

We sell BBQ seasoning blends and branded apparel and gear. We work to keep descriptions, weights, and photos accurate, but don't guarantee your screen renders colors perfectly. We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse an order, or correct a pricing or listing error, including after an order is placed, in which case we'll contact you before charging or shipping.

Pricing and payment

All prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. Checkout runs through Shopify's secure payment processing; we never see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where required.

Don't use this site to transmit spam or malware, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, scrape the site without permission, or post anything false, defamatory, or infringing, including in reviews.

Disclaimer of warranties

Our products and site are provided "as is." We're not responsible for how our seasonings are used, including allergic reactions. Check the ingredient and allergen information on each product page before you buy or use.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, PEAKE LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from using this site or our products. Our total liability on any claim is capped at what you paid for the product in question.
